10 questions you always wanted to ask to a scammer  you can ask Mr Dara Khosrowshahi

Since scammers are difficult to contact, we can ask these questions to Mr Dara Khosroshahi, EXPEDIA's CEO. He is not a convicted scammer  but he is running a company that scam people. OK, that doesn't make him a scammer. You might argue that he is just on employee of a greedy company. But he is the CEO, he takes decisions, he received complaints from customers that have been scammed by EXPEDIA and he does nothing. He is supporting the EXPEDIA scam and that MAKES Mr Dara Khosroshahi a scammer. On top of that, he makes millions.

Anyway, for our purpose, we sent this questionnaire to him. If you analyze this questions you will reach the conclusion that Mr Dara Khosroshahi can be called an accomplice of a scammer. That makes him another scammer.

No matter what kind of answer he gives to these questios, one can reach the conclusion that Mr Dara Khosroshahi is fully aware of EXPEDIA unethical business practice, support those tactics and profit from them

I would appreciate if you can answer this questionnaire that I plan to put in my website devoted to expose the EXPEDIA scam. At this point, you cannot deny my case that proves beyond doubt that EXPEDIA tried to scam me. You cannot also deny that you are supporting EXPEDIA's unethical business practice.

However, some questions remain unanswred.

2) Did you approve scam tactics previously already in use at EXPEDIA before you were appointed CEO?

 

 

It seems that expedia has been scamming travelers before you were appointed CEO. To keep your position you probably had to agree with the company's policy

 

 

 

 

3) Did you design new scam and other unethical business practice at EXPEDIA after you were appointed CEO?s

 

 

 

Some EXPEDIA scam tactics came after you werr appointed CEO. For example, the EXPEDIA gas card scam" started during 2007-2008, when the gas price went up and the US economy was poor.

This scam showed that EXPEDIA you have the creativity to use anything to always think about a new way to deceive customers.

 

 

 

4) Why do you support (and do nothing to stop) EXPEDIA unethical business practice

 

 

Mr Dara Khsoroshahi, you have been informed several times of cases where EXPEDIA representatives and customers specialist lie and cheat customers but you did nothing to investigate those claims

 

 

 

 

5) Did you personally approve the "Post marketing ripoff" to be used in the EXPEDIA website to mislead your own customers ?

 

 

The post "marketing ripoff" is a marketing strategy that mislead customer to pay a montly fee to some kind

of membership club (read more at Blog Barron)

 

 

 

 

6) Regarding specific well known scam tactics EXPEDIA uses:

 

 

a) Did you design the "EXPEDIA gas card scam"?

 

 

 b) Did you design the "rooms at 0.01 U$D/night scam"

 

 

 

 

 

This scam was brilliant, EXPEDIA used at least twice. The trick was to offer rooms at 0.01 U$D/night and

after the customers booked the rooms (and a flight). EXPEDIA told the customer that the price was a

"understandable mistakte" and offered rooms at much higher price. If the customer did not agree EXPEDIA

refused to reimburse the money paid for the flight.

How many million EXPEDIA pocketed using this brilliant scam?

I wonder when are you going to repeat again.

 

 c) Do you personally train your representatives to lie to EXPEDIA customers?

 

 

 d) Did you write the canned e-mail responses EXPEDIA uses to lie to their customers?

 

 

 

 

 

7) Besides earning million by running a company that scam people, do you scam people in other ways?

  a) Are you running a Ponzi scheme?

  b) Do you send Nigerian Letters in your free time to scam poor people?

 

 

We are sure you have plenty of free time. When you are not working for EXPEDIA, are you making extra

millions by another little hobby (scam)?

 

Having this type of hobby might keep you sharp and creative to invent others to be implemented at EXPEDIA.

 

8) How did you start your career as scammer? Before going to Universtiy and when you were not rich did you support yourself running other scams? Maybe you invented the Nigerian scam that is now widely used by others.

 

 

We are sure your greed came early in your life. When you did not have any business degree, how did you

make money?

 

 

 

 

 

9) Are you a puppet of Mr Barry Diller? Are you following his order?

 

 

 

10) Regarding the specific case of John Doe (Case ID: [REQ:21826350])

 

 

   a) Did you personally order Ms Christina Hardy to try to scam John?

 

 

Ms Christina Hardy is (or was?) a customer specialist that tried to steal money from John's credit card by

reimbursing only a fraction of EXPEDIA charged for fligth EXPEDIA never arranged.

 

   b) After she failed to scam John, did you promote her? Did you fire her?

 

 

 

   c) Did you personally order EXPEDIA to cancel John's account when you realize you could not steal 1254,95 U$D from hiscredit card?

 

 

John's EXPEDIA account was canceled after he sent several e-mails politely asking for evidence

that EXPEDIA did arrange his flight as EXPEDIA claims (another lie)
