1) How can you certify that the writer, of the review you publish, has ACTUALLY stayed in the accommodation ?

1) come fate a CERTIFICARE che chi scrive ha EFFETTIVAMENTE soggiornato nella struttura oggetto di recensione ?

2) How can you GUARANTEE that the writer is not a FALSE guest or an unfair competitor or a jocker or the owner or manager of the hotel itself?
2) come fate a GARANTIRE che a scrivere non sia un FALSO ospite o un concorrente sleale o un burlone o il proprietario o gestore dell'hotel stesso?

3) How can you ENSURE that what it's written in the review , from the "potential" guest, it's what really happened ( you boast UNBIAS review!!!!!)?
3) come fate ad ASSICURARE che il relato dal "potenziale" ospite, sia confacente all'accaduto ( citate l'IMPARZIALITA')?

4) How can you guarantee the thruth, the genuineness, the originalità and the origin of the review?
4) come fate a garantire la verità , la genuinità, l'originalità e la provenienza della recensione ?

5) What consist in your checks ( a detailed description it's requested ) and on how many reviews of the ones you boast to have published, have been checked?
5) In cosa consistono i controlli che effettuate ( si richiede una dettagliata descrizione ) e su quante recensioni, di quelle che dichiarate essere pubblicate,
sono stati effettuati?

6) The Italian law " Dgls 196/2003 " has been shaped according to European law to protect privacy and the right to prevent the user of the datas form unwanted
commercial use of them: Why you publish details protcted by this law, without receiving the consent to do this?
6) Riferimento al Dlgs 196/2003: su quale principio mostrate dati della struttura come nome, indirizzo, foto e dettagli  e nomi del personale quando NON HAVETE MAI RICEVUTO UNA LIBERATORIA SCRITTA a tale scopo commericiale?!

7) Why the Italian interface and the other local european interfaces don't publish an address of the real offices, telephone and fax numbers,  and the person in charge of managing the sensitive details accordino to the privacy law?
7) L'interfaccia Italiana www.tripadvisor.it  e le rispettive estere, non rendono pubblica la sede legale, amministrativa, i recapiti telefonici e il nominativo del
responsabile della gestione dei dati sensibili: perchè?

8) If an holiday property manager and /or owner would like to protect and defend it from published libels, would you be able to provide the writer details?
8) Se un gestore o proprietario volesse proteggersi dalle diffamazioni che pubblicate , sareste in grado di fornire i dettagli di colui che ha scritto la
diffamazione?

9) If you are able to publish reviews following a real holiday, would you be able to provide all details of the booking ( travel agent or travel web-site or portal)?
9)  Se foste in grado di pubblicare recensioni a seguito di una reale vacanza, sareste anche in grado di fornire i dettagli della prenotazione ( agente di viaggio
o sito di vacanze o portale di prenotazione )?

 

10) How many of the published reviews are true and incontrovertibly linked to a real holiday stay and linked to indetifiable and unique user?
10) Quante delle recensioni che pubblicate sono vere e facenti capo a soggiorni reali e riconducibili ad utenti unici ed identificabili ?

11) Why you publish " Get the Truth. Then go", which dress the contets as thruth, when you are not able to certify the source and the thruthfulness of what it's
written in the reviews?
11) Perché pubblicate lo slogan "Get the Truth then go" ( "Ottieni la Verità e poi parti" ) che offre il contenuto del sito come veritiero, quando non potete
certificare la fonte e la veridicità di ciò che è asserito nelle recensioni?

The lack in replying to those questions , empower the thesis that Tirpadvisor it's illegal and fraudolent, with direct responsabilities of Expedia.
La mancata risposta a ciascuno dei quesiti, non fa altro che avvalorare la tesi sulla illegalità e fraudolenza del sito Tripadvisor, innescando ben precise
responsabilità in testa ad Expedia.

 

Keep on supporting anonimity of the writers, and allowing truth manipulation, you are confirming a vandal and terroristic behaviour.

Mantenete l'anonimità degli scriventi, consentendo la manipolazione della verità.State avvalorando un comportamento vandalico e terroristico.


 

Keep on deviating illegally bookings, stolen from pleaces to stay thanks to uncontrolled liabeling, you are emboding unfair and damaging competition against the
free market and against honest workers.

Continuando a deviare illegalmente le prenotazioni, rubate alle proprietà grazie alla diffamazione incontrollata, state concretando una concorrenza sleale e dannosa
per il libero mercato e per chi lavora onestamente.
