My trip was a travel nightmare, unbooked flights, last  minute cancellations I was not notified of. Over $200 of long distance  charges from Europe, mostly on hold. Expedia will not return calls,  they  require you call them back or wait on hold. Calling back gets a  different  agent, and is invariably unable to follow up where the last agent left
 off, so you are back to square one. We were stranded at the airport when they did not notify the ground
 transport of a flight change (they also did not notify us, we spent 12  hours at the airport). I called and specifically requested they notify  ground transport. They did not. The return flight was unbooked, and we ended up buying another ticket  and having to stay in Greece longer than planned. Expedia is refusing  to  refund the money.
To say they are crooks is an understatement. Even though the cost to me  is probably less than the cost of a lawyer, their arrogance and  irresponsibility are so outrageous, I will probably seek legal  recourse.
